hearts at work | In the Community

hearts@work supports community-based health promotion activities.  The program fosters partnerships with individuals, organizations, workplaces and government.

Capacity-building is an important part of the program.  Over 500  health professionals and community members have been trained to follow-up with participants and to provide heart health assessments.
